Who Are We
Our Theory of Change
At the heart of YPPD’s work is a firm belief in the power of an empowered young generation. Our theory of change is simple: WHEN young people are equipped with the right knowledge, skills, and platforms to engage, THEY become the foremost drivers of an inclusive and peaceful society.
Whether we are influencing national policies on climate change or bringing essential health services to rural communities, our programs are uniquely designed to meet the emerging needs of the people we serve. We facilitate dialogues for action, amplify marginalized voices, and create forums where the most vulnerable can be heard and respected. By focusing on grassroots empowerment and increasingly integrating civic engagement and policy advocacy, we directly address the root causes of conflict, crime, and social exclusion, fostering a generation of socially responsible leaders.
