BUILDING PEACE, JUST AND INCLUSIVE SOCIETIES: The Kolhat Barray Project in Sierra Leone

Working on an approach that is so grounded in grassroots peacebuilding and conflict prevention in a country at the crossroads, Cordaid and the Youth Partnership for Peace and Development (YPPD) jointly implemented the Inclusive Conflict Prevention and Peacebuilding, or Kolhat Barray Project in Sierra Leone through support from the United Nations Peacebuilding Fund (UNPBF). Implemented over a 24-month period as a pilot, we very much look forward to sustaining the momentum and the gains we have collectively made as partners working for a peaceful, just, and inclusive society.
